Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

However, we do not accept returns in the following cases, even within the time limit.
Products that have been delivered for more than 5 days.
Merchandise that has been stained or damaged due to the customer's negligence
Merchandise that has been altered or customized by the customer
Merchandise that has been repaired or had its size altered
Merchandise with tags or accessories detached or lost
When there is a defect in the delivered merchandise, such as defective merchandise or different merchandise received.
We will respond to your request by returning or exchanging the item(s).

Please contact us  with your order number and a photo of the defective item(s) to request a return or exchange.

After receiving your request, we will provide you with information on how to return or exchange the product. However, please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
