About payment methods

Only one-time payments provided by each credit card company are accepted.
We use a system called SSL, which encrypts the credit card number before transmission, so you can enjoy your shopping experience with peace of mind.
The use of credit cards is based on the membership agreement of each company with which you have a contract.
We are not able to check any questions regarding the use of your credit card because it is personal information. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact your credit card company directly.
After-payment (Payday)

Lump-sum payment
We will issue an invoice on the first day of the following month for the confirmed invoice at the end of each month, and notify you by e-mail or SMS (short message) by the third day of the following month.
Payment can be made at convenience stores (payment at a convenience store terminal), by bank transfer, or by account transfer.
Payment is due by the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be deducted on the 12th. However, the payment date for January and May may be the 20th.
Depending on the payment method, a handling fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, a 356 yen (tax included) fee will be charged, and for bank transfers, a transfer fee will be charged. No payment fee will be charged for account transfers.
In case of installment payment
Payment will be made from the second month following the date of application (usage).
Please check your payment statement on MyPaidy or your monthly billing statement.
Product delivery time
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt.
Orders received by 14:00 on weekdays and by 7:00 on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the same day.
Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Once an order has been placed, the order is automatically processed, so as a rule, cancellations are not accepted.
Orders can be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed.
Returns
You can return or exchange your order within 5 days of receipt.

However, we do not accept returns in the following cases, even within the time limit.
Products that have been delivered for more than 5 days.

Merchandise with tags or accessories detached or lost
When there is a defect in the delivered merchandise, such as defective merchandise or different merchandise received.
We will respond to your request by returning or exchanging the item(s).
Please contact us from the official line here with your order number and a photo of the defective item(s) to request a return or exchange.
After receiving your request, we will provide you with information on how to return or exchange the product. However, please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
